Thus balancing out the negative emotions or feelings like anxiety, agitation, overthinking and over stimulus in our body. &nbsp; The sounds we are going to be using are “Haaaaaaa” and “Heeeeee”. &nbsp; “Haaaaaaa” helps us clear the stagnant Qi and emotions in the body. &nbsp; “Heeeeee” helps us bring back harmony and balance to the Qi and emotions in the body.&nbsp;</p><p class="" style="color:inherit;font-size:1.0625em;line-height:1.618em;margin:0 0 1.25em 0;font-weight:normal;margin-bottom:0;font-family:'DejaVu Sans Condensed', 'Liberation Sans', 'Nimbus Sans L', 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;letter-spacing:-.01em;">For the “Haaaaaa” healing sounds, we are going to start in a comfortable stance or sitting down with your crown lifted high.&nbsp; With your hands down by your belly button or dantian, palms facing upward and fingers pointing towards each other; inhale as you bring your hands up to your heart space.&nbsp; Turn palms over to face outward and exhale with a “haaaaaaaa” sound as you push away from your heart space.&nbsp; Drop hands back down and repeat this two more times (three times total). &nbsp; For the “Heeeeee” healing sound, we are going to begin as before with your hands down by your belly button, palms facing upward and fingers pointing towards each other; inhale as you bring your hand up to your heart space.&nbsp; Turn palms over to face downward and exhale with a “heeeeeee” sound as you push down into your belly.&nbsp; Repeat two more times (three times total).&nbsp; &nbsp; As you do these movements and sounds, visualize the release and removing of stagnant Qi or emotions while pushing out, and the harmony and balancing of Qi or emotions when pushing down.&nbsp; Repeat as often as feels right for you.</p>
